211NLA is a service of Consumer Powered Technologies, Inc., which operates the 211nla.com platform, a social commerce service that enables book influencers ("Creators") to monetize their social media content by connecting it to a shoppable storefront.
From Creators (via Instagram OAuth):
When a Creator connects their Instagram account, we receive: Instagram user ID, username, profile photo URL, bio text, account type, and media feed (posts including captions, media URLs, timestamps, and hashtags). We do NOT access: direct messages, follower/following lists, or personal account data. We also collect: email address (prompted at signup or from OAuth).
Automatically Collected:
Standard web analytics: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. We use cookies only for essential session management.
Creator data: to scan social media posts for product mentions, generate shoppable storefronts, calculate commissions, and send sale notifications. We do NOT sell personal data. We do NOT use data for advertising.
Creator data is retained while the account is active. If a creator disconnects their Instagram account or requests deletion, we remove their personal data within 30 days.
We share data only with: Stripe (payment processing), our fulfillment partner (shipping addresses for orders), and email service providers (transactional email). We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
All personal data is encrypted at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal data. California residents have additional rights under CCPA. EU/EEA residents have rights under GDPR. Contact: legal@211nla.com.
To delete your data: disconnect your Instagram account in settings, or email legal@211nla.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.
211NLA is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
