Data Deletion

1. Your Right to Deletion

You can request deletion of all data 211NLA holds about you at any time. We will process all requests within 30 days.

2. How to Request Deletion

Email legal@211nla.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the Instagram username associated with your account so we can locate your data.

3. What Gets Deleted

Data we will delete:

Instagram access tokens, session data, and any cached post data associated with your account.

Timeline:

All deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email when your data has been removed.

4. Disconnecting Instagram

You can also revoke access directly in your Instagram settings under Apps and Websites. This immediately invalidates your access token. Any remaining session data will be deleted within 30 days.
